Vural Özkan (born October 26, 1984, in İzmit) is a professional voice‑over artist, radio presenter, and media producer. He began his career in media in 1999, working at stations such as Alem FM and Lig Radio, and later at Süper FM, Metro FM, Joy FM, and Joy TÜRK. He has worked in the production teams of Show Radio and Radyo Viva, recording station imaging and promos. Özkan served as the corporate voice for channels on the Tivibu platform for many years, and continues to provide voice‑over for commercials, promos, documentaries, and TV programs. He also hosts the daily radio show Vural Özkan Konuşuyor on Radyo Viva. His voice is known for being strong, warm, and expressive.
